As an IT Executive (Healthcare) , you will be responsible for the following duties:

• Provide end-user support such as evaluating user problems, troubleshooting and prioritizing needs for vendors to resolve.

• Assist in the planning, testing, implementation and documentation of IT related projects to ensure timely delivery of project deliverables.

• Maintain and ensure accurate database in IT systems to support organization's operations.

• Ensure the seamless operation of clinical systems and engage in testing of clinical systems.

• Conduct training sessions for end users and participate in system testing.

• Assist in the IT-related component.

• Any other ad hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma Holder in Information Technology, Computer Science, Management Information Systems or equivalent

• IT related project management experiences will be highly preferred.

• Working experiences in SQL, Tableau or PowerBI would be advantageous.
