Oon & Bazul, a leading independent conflict free law firm in Singapore is looking for IT Executive. We are looking to grow our team with dynamic and collaborative individuals.
Responsibilities:
IT Operations & Vendor Management
- Serve as the first responder for internal IT support and manage Tier 2/3 escalations to our outsourced vendor.
- Administer/Upgrading IT assets, Microsoft 365 environment, networking, backups, access control, and uptime monitoring.
- Ensure secure, stable, and optimized tech infrastructure for hybrid/in-office working.
- Ensure minimal disruptions to legal operations by resolving issues efficiently and professionally.
- Maintain technical support documentation, manage IT inventory lists and track asset movements.
Automation & Process Optimization
- Identify, map, and automate repetitive workflows across departments (e.g. client onboarding, time entry reminders, billing triggers).
- Build and manage automations using low-code/no-code platforms such as Microsoft Power Automate, or Tessaract integrations.
- Suggest improvements towards efficiency across legal support processes, BD, HR, and finance operations.
AI & Digital Enablement
- Explore and deploy Gen AI tools (e.g. Microsoft Copilot, GPT-based research assistants etc) to improve productivity and legal service delivery.
- Train internal teams on AI tool usage, best practices, risks, and limitations.
- Develop and maintain practical policies for safe and ethical use of AI tools in the firm.
Cybersecurity & Data Compliance
- Ensure strong endpoint protection, MFA, cloud security, and compliance with PDPA regulations.
- Coordinate annual cybersecurity reviews and disaster recovery testing with vendors.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience, preferably in a professional services environment.
- Ability to handle multiple projects and deliver quality work under pressure and within deadlines.
- Ability to communicate and work effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Experience with Microsoft 365, Azure, endpoint protection, and firewall systems.
- Experience with legal tech platforms such as Tessaract is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks and compliance standards.
- Stay updated on emerging AI trends and recommend relevant technologies to enhance operational efficiency.
- Exposure to or interest in Gen AI tools.
- May require after-hours or weekend support during downtime or system issues.
