Job summary

A leading company in the IT sector is seeking a dedicated IT Support Specialist to manage Windows Servers and cloud services, provide end-user support, and ensure system reliability. The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical skills and the ability to communicate effectively, particularly in Mandarin, providing critical IT support for operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in IT-related field.
• 3-5 years of relevant experience in IT support.
• Ability to communicate effectively, especially in Mandarin.

Responsibilities

• Install, set up, and manage Windows Servers on physical and virtual machines.
• Support M365 applications and cloud services.
• Enhance Cyber Security, including patch management.

Job description

Responsibilities:

• Install, set up, and manage Windows Servers on physical and virtual machines

• Setup and support cloud services

• Support M365 applications

• Data protection and system recovery

• Projects Management

• Manage services and contract renewals

• End user support, hardware maintenance and IT documentation

• Support network and firewall

• Enhance Cyber Security, including patch management

Requirements:

• Minimum bachelor’s degree or equivalent

• At least 3-5 years of relevant working experience

• Relevant IT certification will be an added advantage

• Able to travel overseas on short notice

• Able to speak Mandarin as this job require to support China IT operation

• Have effective communication and presentation skills

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Ability to multi-task

• Team player, self-driven and strong sense of urgency

• Dedicated and driven to excel with a positive attitude

• Ability to handle stress and provide critical support even after working hours
