Job description

Job Responsibilities

System Support

  1. Provide day-to-day support to users for all relevant systems under Property Management.
  2. Act as the escalation point and first-line support for any reported applications/hardware issues.
  3. Manage the tickets in the ticketing system and ensure they are resolved and closed within the SLA.
  4. Manage IT hardware inventory.
  5. Create, maintain, update, and distribute written system documentation to respective parties.
  6. Evaluate training needs of users; develop training curriculum and prepare/update training material; conduct training workshops for Property Management personnel.
  7. Onboarding process of new staff – laptops built and setup, guide new staff of all relevant IT applications.
  8. Proficient in Microsoft 365 suites, especially OneDrive and SharePoint Online.

System Change & Implementation

  1. Translate and document work processes into business system functions.
  2. Recommend solutions and changes for improving and aligning company policy, procedure, and best practice.
  3. Project-manage any identified system change with vendors and internal users.
  4. Prepare test cases and test data for entering acceptance tests; perform acceptance tests of new and/or modified software applications.
  5. Monitor system usage and report system change/implementation status to management.

Job Requirements

  1. Minimum 4 years of working experience in IT support.
  2. Experience on enterprise application platforms, Microsoft Azure, ServiceNow, Active Directory, Mimecast.
  3. Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to navigate technology and organizational issues to complete project tasks.
  4. Strong understanding of computer hardware and software.
  5. Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple issues simultaneously.
  6. Excellent knowledge of Microsoft SharePoint and OneDrive.
  7. Positive, collaborative, and solution-oriented attitude.
  8. Willingness to provide users with support on in-house built applications.
  9. Excellent knowledge of IT solutions, new technologies, and understanding of technology trends.
  10. Excellent written and communication skills. Strong organizational, interpersonal, and analytical skills.
