Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive IT support to both domestic and remote users, including troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
- Maintain and manage the inventory of IT hardware and software assets.
- Oversee and manage all IT-related infrastructure, including servers, printers, and Wi-Fi networks.
- Implement and enforce IT control procedures, including those related to physical and data security.
- Participate in and provide support for Business IT projects and initiatives.
- Administer and support operational systems and applications, including Windows OS, websites, and other enterprise tools.
- Manage and maintain LAN/WAN networks, VPN configurations, and firewall systems.
- Ensure proper documentation of all IT assets, including invoices, quotations, user manuals, and software license agreements.
- Perform any other ad hoc duties as assigned by management.
Requirements:
- Diploma or higher in Information Technology or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT infrastructure support, including server management and PC troubleshooting.
- Strong hands-on experience with hardware, software, Windows OS, and email systems.
- Willingness to provide after-hours support when necessary.
