Job description

Job Responsibilities

  1. Provide excellent client service while troubleshooting client issues via phone, remote tools, and e-mail on various OS platforms such as Windows, Linux, and Mac OS.
  2. Follow up with users, provide feedback, and see problems through to resolution via in-house ticketing system.
  3. Understand various OS platforms such as Windows, Linux, and Mac OS and networking.
  4. Utilize excellent customer service skills and exceed customers’ expectations.
  5. Perform minor repairs to hardware, software, or peripheral equipment according to company standards if required.
  6. Ensure proper recording, documentation, and closure.
  7. Recommend procedure modifications or improvements.
  8. Preserve and grow your knowledge of help desk procedures, products, and services.
  9. Maintain company accounts and IT inventory records.

QUALIFICATIONS

  1. Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
  2. At least 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  3. Required Skill(s): Windows Server OS, Network Solutions, Backup Solutions.
  4. Preferably Junior Executive specialized in IT/Computer - Network/System/Database Admin or equivalent.
