Job Description:

• Maintain secure and stable IT infrastructure in compliance with PDPA, PCI, and internal policies.
• Perform regular system updates, security patching, and vulnerability monitoring.
• Execute data backups and test disaster recovery and business continuity plans.
• Administer Microsoft 365 Business Premium (Exchange Online, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint, Intune).
• Manage user accounts, MFA, licenses, Conditional Access, and Defender policies via Admin Center and Entra ID.
• Provide technical support for Microsoft Office applications and M365 services across all devices.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for all IT-related issues.
• Deliver Level 1 and 2 support for hardware, software, network, and connectivity issues.
• Manage Windows Server environments (2008/2012/2019), Active Directory, DNS/DHCP, and Hyper-V.
• Configure and maintain LAN/WAN, VLANs, static IPs, network ports, and segmentation.
• Manage firewalls (e.g., SonicWall) and switches (PoE, managed/unmanaged).
• Monitor and maintain IP-based CCTV systems, including NVRs and secure remote access.
• Ensure video storage availability and enforce CCTV retention and access policies.
• Support and maintain the Logistics Management System (LMS) across multiple modules (e.g., warehouse, procurement, transport).
• Provide user training, troubleshooting, and vendor coordination for LMS-related issues.
• Administer and update the company’s WordPress website including plugins, content, and performance.
• Work with web developers and hosting providers for uptime and issue resolution.
• Source, evaluate, and procure IT hardware, software, and vendor services.
• Manage IT inventory, licenses, and service contracts.
• Develop IT policies, SOPs, documentation, and maintain logs of IT incidents and resolutions.
• Conduct IT onboarding and training for new staff and promote cybersecurity awareness.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in IT infrastructure, system administration, and user support.
• Strong technical knowledge in Microsoft 365, Windows Server, Active Directory, Hyper-V, VLANs, and firewalls.
• Proven experience with Logistics Management Systems or equivalent ERP/business platforms.
• Hands-on knowledge of CCTV/IP camera systems, NVR configuration, and video surveillance tools.
• Proficient in managing WordPress websites and understanding basic web hosting and security practices.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and multitasking capabilities.
• Independent, self-driven, and able to work under pressure with minimal supervision.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
