You will provide technical support and coordinate project rollouts, focusing on compliance and asset management. We are seeking a proactive and technically skilled IT Project Officer to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about supporting ICT operations and driving project implementation in a fast-paced environment.
Provide day-to-day technical support to operational users and events.
Coordinate and support ICT project rollouts and implementations.
Administer user accounts and manage inventory systems.
Manage ICT equipment lifecycle, including deployment, maintenance, and disposal.
Collaborate with vendors to ensure ICT requirements are met.
Perform 1st-level troubleshooting for network-related issues.
Support budgeting, billing verification, and audit activities.
Maintain operational readiness of ICT assets and control rooms.
Ensure compliance with SOPs and Whole-of-Government Instruction Manuals.
Handle incident management and escalation processes.

Diploma in Computer Studies, IT, Electronics, Communications Engineering, or equivalent.
