Key Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day IT support, troubleshooting and monitoring for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
- Administer and maintain IT systems, including email servers, cloud platforms, and security protocols.
- Liaise with outsourced vendors and service providers for IT procurement, servicing, and project implementation.
- Monitor server and system performance (e.g. On-Premises AD server, MS SharePoint), plan and manage backups, ensure timely updates of software and antivirus tools.
- Maintain inventory of IT assets and ensure compliance with internal policies.
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes (e.g., account setup, access rights, laptop configuration).
- Assist in digital transformation projects, including automation, cloud migration, and process improvements.
- Implement and enforce cybersecurity best practices in accordance with company and regulatory standards.
- Support the company’s Data Protection Officer (DPO) in PDPA-related matters, such as data access requests, incident reporting, and periodic audits and etc.
- Any other ad hoc duties assigned by Superior.
Job Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related fields.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in IT support or system administration.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365, Windows OS, Active Directory, and basic networking.
- Familiar with cybersecurity and data protection best practices.
