Job Responsibilities
System Support
- Provide day-to-day support to users for all relevant systems under Property Management
- Act as the escalation point and first-line support for any reported applications / hardware issues
- Manage the tickets in the ticketing system and ensure they are resolved and closed within the SLA
- Onboarding / offboarding process of staff – laptops built and setup, guide staff of all relevant IT applications.
- Proficient in Microsoft 365 suites, especially OneDrive and Sharepoint Online
- Knowledge of Active Directory, LAN connectivity, Wifi support to end users etc.
- Manage IT hardware inventory
- Create, maintain, update, and distribute written system documentation to respective parties
- Evaluates training needs of users; develop training curriculum and prepare/ update training material; conduct training workshops for Property Management personnel
System Change & Implementation
- Translate and documents work processes into business system functions
- Recommend solutions and changes for improving and aligning company policy, procedure and best practice
- Project-manage any identified system change with vendors and internal users
- Prepare test cases and test data for entering acceptance test; performs acceptance test of new and/or modified software applications
- Monitor system usage and report system change / implementation status to the management
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 4 years of working experience in IT / digital transformation environment
- Experience in IT project implementation, Agile preferred.
- Experience of enterprise application platforms
- Excellent problem-solving skills with ability to navigate technology and organizational issues to complete project tasks
- Positive, collaborative and solution-oriented attitude
- Knowledge of Real Estate preferred
- Excellent knowledge of IT solutions, new technologies and understanding technology trends
- Excellent written and communication skills. Strong organizational, interpersonal, and analytical skills.
