IT Support Executive

We’re looking for a passionate and driven IT Support Executive to join our team!
If you’re tech-savvy, enjoy troubleshooting, and love helping people solve their IT challenges, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Set up hardware, install, and configure software and drivers
  • Maintain IT equipment such as routers, PCs, and peripherals
  • Manage LAN/WAN networks, servers, and IP configurations
  • Monitor and implement cybersecurity measures to safeguard systems
  • Perform system updates and troubleshoot issues to ensure smooth operations
  • Schedule regular maintenance and keep detailed records of support activities
  • Provide user support and guide staff on IT tools and systems
Requirements:
  • Higher NITEC or Diploma in Information Technology (ICT Systems, Services & Support)
  • Minimum 2 years of IT support experience preferred
  • Strong knowledge of IT systems, networking (LAN/WAN/SD-WAN), and cybersecurity
  • Familiar with Active Directory / Azure AD, and PC setup via MDT or SCCM
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
  • Organized, proactive, and eager to learn
