Position Overview: The IT Executive is responsible for providing technical assistance and support related to computer systems, hardware, software, and network infrastructure within the organization. The primary focus of this role is to ensure smooth operations, troubleshoot issues, and address user needs promptly to maintain high levels of productivity and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide timely support for hardware, software, and network issues.
  • Troubleshoot user problems via remote or on-site assistance.
  • Guide users in effective use of IT systems and tools.
  • Maintain system performance with routine updates, patches, and scans.
  • Assist in hardware/software procurement, setup, and vendor coordination.
  • Maintain IT documentation, including configurations and resolutions.
  • Handle user accounts, access permissions, and IT policy compliance.
  • Maintain inventory of IT assets and assist in planning for upgrades.
  • Promote cybersecurity awareness and support best practices.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Diploma in information technology, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Proven experience in providing technical support and troubleshooting in a corporate environment.
  • Strong knowledge of computer hardware, operating systems, networking concepts, and common business apps.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey technical information clearly and effectively to non-technical users.
  • A problem solver with great attention to detail.
  • Preferably familiar with ITIL or IT service framework.
