Job description

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee all installed IT systems and infrastructure
• Support, configure, maintain, and upgrade in house servers.
• Ensure regular backups of data in applications and servers
• Fixing and installing, hardware, software, and networking issues
• To identify, diagnose and resolve any issues related to computer hardware, software, services, and applications
• Set up, configuring and maintenance of computers and servers
• Provide technical assistance and support to end users
• Implement security, back up and redundancy strategies to maintain data safety
• Analyzing information, General programming skills, Software debugging, documentation & testing
• Install, integrate and maintain new server hardware and applications

Requirements:

• Diploma in IT or Computer Science related discipline; Fresh grads in Cybersecurity Diploma courses are welcome to apply
• Minimum 1-2 years’ experience in related field
• Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills
• Possess good communication and interpersonal skills

• Monday – Thursday 8am - 6pm; Friday 8am - 5pm
