A leading company in the food industry seeks an IT Engineer to manage daily IT operations, focusing on support, ERP, and SharePoint administration. This role offers competitive compensation and the chance to work in a dynamic SME environment, enhancing digital transformations across platforms.
As an IT Engineer, you will oversee daily IT operations, serve as the primary point of support for users, and liaise with external vendors. You will play a key role in ensuring system reliability, enhancing ERP performance, and developing SharePoint solutions to improve team productivity, content governance, and operational efficiency.
IT Support & Infrastructure
· Provide first-level support for hardware, software, and network issues
· Escalate complex problems to external vendors when needed
· Set up, configure, and decommission desktops, laptops, and printers
· Jointly manage the Microsoft 365 environment with vendors, including user provisioning and policy enforcement
ERP (Dynamics Navision) Support
· Work with vendors to troubleshoot and maintain ERP system performance
· Assist in ERP upgrades, patch management, and system integrations
SharePoint Administration & Governance
· Manage SharePoint Online sites and document libraries
· Configure user permissions, access control, and sharing settings
· Implement workflows and process automation to streamline collaboration
· Support content structuring, navigation, and document lifecycle management
· Ensure adherence to governance and data protection policies
· Drive user adoption and provide support to internal teams
Security & Compliance
· Monitor endpoint security tools and respond to incidents
· Enforce IT policies and ensure compliance with regulatory standards
Project Support
· Contribute to IT initiatives such as ERP enhancements, SharePoint implementations, and infrastructure
upgrades
· Develop user documentation and conduct training sessions where needed
Education & Experience
· Diploma or Degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field
· 3–4 years of experience in IT support, Navision ERP, and SharePoint administration
Technical Skills
· Proficient in Windows OS, Microsoft 365, and basic network troubleshooting
· Familiar with SharePoint Online, Dynamics Navision, and Microsoft 365 applications
Soft Skills
· Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
· Proactive and resourceful in diagnosing issues and delivering improvements
Preferred Certifications (Optional)
· Microsoft 365, Azure, SharePoint, Dynamics 365, ITIL Foundation, or Security-related certifications
