Job description

IT Technical Support / IT Engineer (12-Months Contract Only)

• 12-months Contract role

• Location: Marina Centre

• Basic Pay up to $3000!

• Monday to Friday: 7am to 4pm

• Exposure as outsourced IT Engineer under financial hub.

Job Scope:

• Support on-site and remote end-users to resolve IT-related issues such as hardware and application.

• Resolve issues that occur outside work hours whenever needed.

• Other tasks and projects as assigned by Manager or Management.

Job Requirement:

• NITEC or Diploma in Information Technology.

• Proven work experience as a Desktop Support Engineer, Technical Support Engineer.

• Conversant in Cloud Productivity such as Microsoft 365.

• Comfortable to work beyond normal working hours.
