Mewah Group, a leader in the palm oil and fats industry, is looking for an IT Engineer - Infrastructure & Operations to join our team in IBP Singapore. Our IT department focuses on using technology to improve operations and drive innovation. The ideal candidate will help analyze and optimize our IT systems, supporting our commitment to excellence. Join us in enhancing Mewah Group through effective technology solutions.

We are seeking talented individuals who can support the IT team and grow together with Mewah. This role requires you to administer and support Mewah Group's server infrastructure, business applications (e.g., SAP, Navision), O365 services (e.g., Email, Teams, SharePoint), backup, and business continuity.

You will play an important role in:

1. Performing administration operations on server infrastructure, business applications, and cloud services.
2. Assisting in the implementation and enhancement of IT infrastructure and operations projects.
3. Monitoring system performance and availability, including uptime and event triggers.
4. Providing user support, troubleshooting problems, and handling change requests.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

• A Degree/Diploma in Computer Science or a related discipline.
• At least 2 years of experience in system analysis, program development, and implementation.
• Experience with one or more of the following:
• Microsoft Platform Tools (Microsoft 365, OneDrive, Teams, etc.)
• Applications: Microsoft SharePoint, Microsoft Dynamics Navision 4.02, Microsoft Dynamics NAV 2018
• Business Intelligence Tools: Microsoft Power BI
• Windows Mobile Application Development
• Other skills: Microsoft SQL Server, Power Automate, Power Query, Role Tailored Client (RTC) development (including page and report development in Visual Studio)
• Knowledge of Windows Server, Linux, storage, business applications, cloud services, server virtualization, backup, and business continuity.
