What You’ll Be Doing

System Operations & Support

• Make sure systems run properly every day
• Fix any problems or incidents that happen (hardware or software)
• Work with other teams, vendors, and government users
• Keep track of system performance and provide updates

Security & Compliance

• Check logs, accounts, and access rights
• Help prepare for audits and follow IT policies
• Handle issues found during security checks

System Changes & Upgrades

• Talk to users and gather feedback for system improvements
• Plan and help carry out upgrades and fixes
• Test and make sure changes work before going live

Contract & Vendor Coordination

• Support project milestones and purchase planning
• Work with new or existing vendors during handovers

Who Should Apply

• 3+ years of IT experience (system support, network, infrastructure, or similar)
• Comfortable handling day-to-day IT issues and coordinating with teams
• Familiar with IT security, incident reporting, or SLA management
• Bonus if you know about IM8 policies or worked on government projects
