Job Overview:
We're looking for a proactive IT Engineer to manage our IT infrastructure, ensure ISO 27000 compliance, and oversee Microsoft 365 implementation. The ideal candidate will have expertise in office IT management, network security, and Microsoft Teams Room setups, with a focus on maintaining secure, efficient IT operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead efforts to achieve and maintain ISO 27001 certification, ensuring that all IT systems, processes, and operations meet the security and compliance requirements of the ISO 27000 series.
Manage and optimize the organization's Microsoft 365 environment, including Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, and other Office 365 services. Provide user support, troubleshooting, and manage licensing, access controls, and security policies.
Lead the implementation of Microsoft Teams Room solutions, including hardware configuration, software installation, and integration with existing office equipment. Ensure the smooth operation of Teams Rooms in meeting spaces and conference rooms across the organization.
Oversee the day-to-day management of the company’s internal IT infrastructure, including hardware (desktops, laptops, printers, etc.), software, networking, and communication tools. Ensure that systems are operating efficiently and effectively, addressing issues as they arise.
Provide support in maintaining and securing the organization's IT environment, including monitoring network security, responding to incidents, and applying patches and updates. Help implement preventive measures for common IT issues and threats.
Provide technical support for end-users, troubleshooting IT-related issues and offering solutions. Conduct user training sessions on various technologies and platforms such as Microsoft 365, Teams, and other essential office software.
Maintain accurate documentation on IT procedures, systems, and configurations. Provide regular updates and reports on IT system performance, compliance status, and improvement recommendations to management.
Coordinate with third-party vendors and service providers for IT-related hardware, software, and support services. Ensure that service level agreements (SLAs) are met and that any vendor-related issues are promptly addressed.
