A leading company in the service industry is seeking an experienced IT professional to manage end-user support and infrastructure operations. This role involves ensuring timely problem resolution, managing assets, and enhancing service delivery. The ideal candidate will possess strong knowledge in Microsoft systems, networking, and security protocols, along with excellent problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead IT support operations, ensuring SLA compliance and 24/7 readiness.
Manage IT assets, onboarding/offboarding processes, and vendor coordination.
Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.
Maintain secure and resilient infrastructure in collaboration with global teams.
Oversee system maintenance, backups, patching, and endpoint security.
Support audits, IT governance, budgeting, and compliance (ISO27001, PCIDSS).
Drive BCP/DR planning and execution.
Participate in IT projects and strategic initiatives
Requirements:
Proven experience in IT support and infrastructure management
Strong knowledge of Microsoft systems, networking, and security protocols
Operation and maintenance of infrastructure: Windows, Azure, Linux, AIX
Network equipment: Cisco, Catalyst, NetScreen
Cloud systems: AWS, FreeBSD; e-commerce & call center apps (cloud/SFDC preferred)
Microsoft apps: Windows, O365, Teams, SharePoint
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Strong interpersonal skills; effective across diverse teams
Solid understanding of ITSM and troubleshooting practices
5+ years in international IT support, preferably in service industry
