Job description

We’re seeking an experienced IT professional to lead end-user support and infrastructure operations in Singapore. This role ensures timely resolution of technical issues, manages IT assets, and drives continuous service improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead IT support operations, ensuring SLA compliance and 24/7 readiness.

  • Manage IT assets, onboarding/offboarding processes, and vendor coordination.

  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.

  • Maintain secure and resilient infrastructure in collaboration with global teams.

  • Oversee system maintenance, backups, patching, and endpoint security.

  • Support audits, IT governance, budgeting, and compliance (ISO27001, PCIDSS).

  • Drive BCP/DR planning and execution.

  • Participate in IT projects and strategic initiatives

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in IT support and infrastructure management

  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft systems, networking, and security protocols

  • Operation and maintenance of infrastructure: Windows, Azure, Linux, AIX

  • Network equipment: Cisco, Catalyst, NetScreen

  • Cloud systems: AWS, FreeBSD; e-commerce & call center apps (cloud/SFDC preferred)

  • Microsoft apps: Windows, O365, Teams, SharePoint

  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

  • Strong interpersonal skills; effective across diverse teams

  • Solid understanding of ITSM and troubleshooting practices

  • 5+ years in international IT support, preferably in service industry
