We are seeking an experienced IT professional to support and optimize business workstations, IoT devices, SaaS applications, and IT infrastructure. You will manage device provisioning, inventory, procurement, and provide technical support for corporate applications across departments. As a key player, you will collaborate with regional IT, security, and compliance teams, while ensuring seamless IT operations, business continuity, and customer satisfaction. Your role includes troubleshooting, performance optimization, and recommending improvements for system efficiency and security.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer and secure corporate IoT devices through MDM and EDR solutions.
- Oversee device provisioning, inventory, and procurement of IT hardware/software assets.
- Provide technical support for corporate SaaS and core applications.
- Collaborate with IT, security, and compliance teams for project work.
- Optimize IT infrastructure and troubleshoot issues to improve performance and efficiency.
- Manage cloud and AI platforms, ensuring smooth operations and resolving related issues.
- Drive automation processes, identify improvements, and monitor system health and security.
- Ensure timely resolution of IT incidents and requests to minimize disruptions.
- Prepare and support internal and external ISO audits for regulatory adherence.
- Track progress, and promote alignment, innovation, and engagement to achieve measurable goals.
Job Requirements
- Degree/Diploma in Information Technology or relevant field.
- Confident in troubleshooting and optimizing common network stack (firewalls, routers, switches, VPN, Wi-Fi APs).
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Knowledge of information security measures and prevention practices.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), automation (Python, API), and AI tools (OpenAI).
- Ability to track and resolve multiple tasks efficiently, ensuring high-quality service and customer satisfaction.
- Innovative, proactive, and capable of working independently while collaborating with teams.
- Experiment AI, ML, and IoT integration to improve IT operations and service delivery.
