A leading financial services company in Singapore is seeking an IT Enablement Lead to drive technology transformation initiatives across its operations. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in IT operations and leadership, with a strong understanding of digital transformation and security best practices. Responsibilities include managing IT infrastructure, application modernization, and ensuring high availability of critical services. This role offers the opportunity to lead a team and collaborate across departments to enhance operational efficiency.
The Technology Division at BCS is responsible for the operations, maintenance, and support of BCS applications such as FAST, Giro, CTS, PayNow, SGQR, TFR, eGIRO and its critical infrastructure, ensuring its operational stability, regulatory compliance, and service reliability.
The IT Operations (‘Run’) department is regarded as BCS’s backbone, overseeing the day-to-day operations, maintenance, and support of IT systems and infrastructure that ensure the continuous delivery of BCS applications. This includes the management of data center operations, application monitoring and Level incident management support, ensuring the systems are always available, secure, and compliant.
The IT Enablement lead, will be reporting to the Head of IT Operations, responsible for strategy and design covering people, processes and technology. The incumbent will be required to refine and execute the road map to ensure alignment with the overall business and commercial strategies. The incumbent will also be working closely with other departments and external vendors to ensure BCS’ IT infrastructure is resilient, compliant, and optimised for business needs.
