Responsibilities

• Create documentation of troubleshooting guides on servers, network, application and client devices.
• Track and manage versions of documents.
• Consolidate and manage all such technical documents in centralized storage.
• Develop and implement processes for document control.
• Ensure proper categorization and organization of documents.
• Participate in meetings and record, review and distribute minutes.
