Zusammenfassung

PERSOL is seeking a senior leader to drive the development, enhancement, and delivery of eTrading applications across FX and Fixed Income in Global Markets. You will manage end-to-end project delivery, align sprint plans with stakeholders, and collaborate with business, product, and engineering teams to translate requirements into scalable tech solutions.

You will oversee Java app modernization, platform upgrades, vulnerability remediation, and system stability, while owning CI/CD pipelines,

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• 10 years proven experience in managing software development teams and delivering enterprise-scale applications within Banking or Capital Markets.
• Hands on experience in Jenkins, DevSecOps practices, Agile delivery methodologies, Jira, Confluence, CI/CD pipelines, and release management processes.
• Experience of CAPEX and OPEX concepts and their application within technology projects.
• Solid understanding of SDLC, change management, incident management, and regulatory governance requirements.

• Oversee Java application modernization, platform upgrades, vulnerability remediation, and system stability.
• Own and govern CI/CD pipelines, release processes, automated testing, and deployment practices.
• Ensure adherence to SDLC, change management, release governance, and audit requirements.
• Lead production support activities including incident management, root cause analysis, and service improvements for mission-critical trading apps.
• Maintain project documentation, technical designs, runbooks, and decision records.

• Drive engineering excellence by overseeing Java application modernization, platform upgrades, vulnerability remediation, and system stability.
• Own and govern CI/CD pipelines, release processes, automated testing, and deployment practices to ensure high-quality software delivery.
• Ensure adherence to SDLC, change management, release governance, and audit requirements.
• Lead production support activities, including incident management, root cause analysis, and service improvements for mission-critical trading applications.
• Maintain project documentation, technical designs, operational runbooks, and decision records within approved collaboration tools.

Requirements:
