Job description

Scope Of Responsibilities (but Not Limited To)
  • Troubleshoot hardware and software issues.
  • Install and maintain hardware and computer peripherals.
  • Install and upgrade operating systems and computer software.
  • Troubleshoot networking and connection issues.
  • Advise on software or hardware upgrades.
  • Complete job reports and order supplies.
  • Troubleshoot issues related to computer OS and peripherals.
  • Handle different PC operating systems (Mac, Windows 7/8/10).
  • Perform hardware and software installations, understanding deployment tools like SCCM.
Job Requirements
  • Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in a similar role.
  • Basic knowledge of group policies, Active Directory, and Exchange.
  • In-depth troubleshooting skills for Windows OS (Windows 10 & 11), Mac OS, Microsoft Office & Office 365 applications, PC/laptop hardware, peripherals, including printers and mobile devices.
  • Ability to manage time and resources to meet or exceed expectations in high-profile situations while maintaining professionalism under pressure.
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
