Job Description:

  • Troubleshoot hardware and software issues
  • Install and maintaining hardware and computer peripherals
  • Install and upgrading operating systems and computer software
  • Troubleshoot networking and connection issues
  • Advise on software or hardware upgrades
  • Complete job reports and ordering supplies
  • Computer OS/Peripherals troubleshooting
  • Handle Different PC Operating Systems ( Mac, Windows 7/8 and 10)
  • Perform Hardware Software Installation ( understanding of deployment tools like SCCM)
  • Any adhoc duties assigned from time to time

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 years of relevant experience in a similar role
  • Basic knowledge group policies, Active Directory and Exchange
  • In-depth troubleshooting skills of Windows OS (Windows 10 & 11), Mac OS, Microsoft Office & Office 365 applications, PC/Laptop hardware, PC/Laptop peripherals, including printers and mobile devices
  • Ability to manage time and resources to meet or exceed expectations in high-profile situations while maintaining professionalism under pressure
  • Excellent customer service and people skills

Working Hours:

  • 2 shifts: 7.30am - 4.30pm or 9am - 6pm
