Key Responsibilities:

• Support and maintain WAN/LAN network links and associated equipment

• Administer and manage server infrastructure

• Support and oversee firewall systems and security configurations

• Diagnose and resolve software and system errors on desktop computers

• Troubleshoot and repair desktop hardware, coordinating repairs and replacements as needed

• Install, configure, and decommission desktop hardware and software

• Provide onsite support for outdoor and project-related IT implementations

• Update firmware and support setup for interactive panels

• Perform firmware updates for network devices

• Configure IP settings for network devices

• Support preventive maintenance for IT equipment and systems

• Perform any additional tasks assigned by the supervisor
  

Qualifications & Skills:

• Proven experience in IT support or network administration

• Knowledge of networking, server management, and security systems

• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
