Job description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, execute, and support IT infrastructure deployment projects involving Microsoft 365, Azure, Intune, Backup, and Cloud Security.

  • Deliver L2/L3 support for incident and problem management, ensuring timely troubleshooting and resolution.

  • Apply best practices for structured problem-solving and root cause analysis.

  • Manage technical escalations and work closely with vendors/principals for resolution both remotely and on-site.

  • Assist in project coordination tasks including project scoping, tracking milestones, and communicating with internal/external stakeholders.

  • Take ownership of assigned support tickets and follow through until full resolution.

  • Maintain system documentation, deployment records, and internal knowledge base.

  • Provide regular status updates to stakeholders and ensure project/service delivery is aligned with SLAs and customer expectations.

Requirements:

  • Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.

  • 2–5 years of hands-on experience in IT deployment and L2 support in enterprise or managed service provider (MSP) environments.

  • Practical experience in Microsoft 365, Azure, Intune, M365 Defender, and cloud backup solutions.

  • Familiarity with Microsoft Active Directory, Exchange, Hyper-V/VMware, and authentication protocols.

  • Exposure to basic project management tasks such as scheduling, coordination, and stakeholder updates.

  • Understanding of networking concepts, firewall operations, and recovery procedures.

  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with a service-oriented mindset.

  • Self-driven, team player, and able to work independently when required.

  • Certifications in Microsoft or related technologies are preferred or expected within the first 6–12 months.
