We are seeking two Customer Support Representatives to join our software engineering team, supporting our global network of customers in the broadcast and media industry.
This is a full-time and on-site position, where selected candidates will work five days per week, for eight hours per day. Shifts include weekends and public holidays on a rotational basis, with working hours starting in the early morning and concluding in the mid-afternoon.

Key Responsibilities:
- Delivering remote assistance for technical and operational challenges within our proprietary software ecosystem
-Collaborate with our skilled Software Developers and Engineers to elevate the customer experience
-Incident management
-Management of our support chatrooms
-Identifying software faults and analyzing system errors
-Recommending effective solutions to resolve issues efficiently
