Location: Singapore / Hybrid work

Report to: Head of Technical and Operation

Your Responsibilities:

IT Support:

  • Provide first-level and second-level IT support for internal users across different locations.
  • Handle incoming support requests via phone, email, and ticketing system.
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues efficiently.
  • Escalate complex incidents to the appropriate technical teams when necessary.
  • Assist with user account management (Active Directory, email, access rights).
  • Support the rollout of IT updates, patches, and hardware replacements.
  • Maintain clear documentation of support cases and solutions.
  • Participate in the continuous improvement of support processes and tools.
  • Conduct basic user training and provide guidance on IT best practices.

Pre-Sales Support:

  • Prepare demos and presentations for potential clients, showcasing solutions.
  • Gather and analyze client requirements to develop tailored solutions.
  • Assist with technical aspects of sales proposals.
  • Collaborate with development teams on proof of concept implementations.

Your Profile:

  • Minimum Diploma Holder or Higher Nitec with education in IT or equivalent work experience.
  • Previous experience in IT support or a helpdesk environment is an advantage.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-oriented mindset.
  • Familiarity with Windows OS, Microsoft 365, and basic network troubleshooting.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Willingness to occasionally work flexible hours to support international teams.
