The Job

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented individual to support the setup and implementation of our new Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system. This contract role, reporting to the Operations Manager, will also be responsible for providing first-level IT troubleshooting, coordinating with system vendors, and maintaining accurate documentation of processes and configurations. The ideal candidate will ensure that the CRM project and related IT tasks are executed smoothly and aligned with operational needs.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the end-to-end setup and implementation of the CRM system in collaboration with vendors and internal teams.
  • Act as a point of contact between internal users and CRM/IT vendors, ensuring timely resolution of issues.
  • Provide basic IT troubleshooting support and escalate technical issues where appropriate.
  • Collect and document business requirements, user workflows, and feedback for system customization.
  • Coordinate and support testing, training, and deployment activities.
  • Create and maintain clear documentation including user guides, SOPs, system configuration records, and change logs.
  • Monitor project milestones and provide regular updates to the Operations Manager.
  • Support general IT-related tasks or administrative duties as assigned by the Operations Department.

Requirement

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Information Systems, or a related discipline.
  • 1 - 2 years of experience in IT support, systems implementation, or project coordination.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • High attention to detail, especially in documentation.
