Qualifications

• Must have degree/diploma in IT, CS or related field.
• Minimum 4 years in IT business analysis, compliance or infrastructure roles.
• Strong knowledge of government IT policies, IM8 standards and regulatory frameworks.
• Hands-on experience in risk assessment, compliance audits and documentation.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder influencing skills; able to translate technical requirements into business solutions.
• Certifications such as ITIL v3 Foundation, AWS or Microsoft Azure are advantageous.
• Familiarity with GenAI tools (ChatGPT, Copilot) is a plus.

• Security compliance: Ensure database and system configurations align with national security standards.
