A global insurance and financial services company in Singapore is seeking an IT Change Governance Manager to oversee IT deliveries, ensuring governance and alignment with standards. You will manage the change and release process, facilitate meetings, and track deployments. Candidates should have at least 2 years in release management and a strong understanding of SDLC. Excellent communication and attention to detail are essential.

In this role, you drive continuous change and improvement in the Digital & Technology Division by taking initiative and ensuring plans are setup, monitored and implemented. This role will focus on the change and release management of IT deliveries and includes governance, tracking, and analysis of IT deployments, while ensuring alignment with the organisation's strategies and objectives. The secondary aspect of this role will involve supporting the IT budget and resourcing domain within IT Portfolio when required.
