1. Project Management
- Lead end-to-end implementation of IT business solutions (e.g., ERP, accounting software, client portals, document management systems).
- Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and timelines in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Track project progress and manage resources, budgets, and risks to ensure timely and successful delivery.
2. Business Analysis
- Conduct needs assessments and gather business requirements from accounting, tax, audit, and advisory teams.
- Analyze current workflows and propose digital solutions to improve efficiency and accuracy.
- Translate business requirements into functional specifications.
3. Solution Implementation & Integration
- Collaborate with software vendors and developers to customize and deploy accounting, audit, and compliance systems.
- Support data migration, system configuration, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Ensure seamless integration with existing systems (e.g., CRM, HRMS, document control)
4. Stakeholder Communication & Support
- Act as the liaison between technical teams and business teams.
- Provide regular updates to stakeholders on project status, issues, and change management.
- Conduct in-house training and develop documentation and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
