Our client is an international technology and engineering company that specialises in providing innovative solutions to their esteemed clients. They have an international presence worldwide and are looking out for a skilled IT Business Relationship Manager to join their team and contribute to their ongoing success.

Location: Jalan Boon Lay

Working hours: Monday to Friday, Standard Office Hours

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the main IT contact for the Line of Business (LOB), building strong relationships with senior stakeholders.
• Ensure efficient delivery of IT services and compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
• Act as a liaison between Group IT and business units, resolving issues and supporting smooth collaboration.
• Manage a portfolio of IT projects, ensuring delivery within scope, budget, and timelines.
• Lead cross-functional teams to meet project goals and ensure successful implementation.
• Support the rollout of Group IT initiatives and ensure effective communication to end users.
• Work with stakeholders to maximize ROI and business value from IT solutions.
• Drive continuous improvement in IT service delivery, cost efficiency, and business impact.
• Advise on IT risks and opportunities, identifying technologies that support business growth and efficiency.
• Promote Group IT policies and best practices across local and overseas units.
• Manage the IT budget for the business area and allocate costs to LOBs appropriately.
• Assist in pre-audit checks and ensure timely resolution of identified IT issues.

Requirements:

• Min. Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or equivalent
• Min. 6-8 years of expertise in the IT industry in shared service/business partnership roles, including 3+ years in portfolio project management and team leadership
• Possess knowledge of IT infrastructure, security systems, web/portal development
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of interacting with senior management and operational staff
• Possess certification in IT Project Management (I.e., CITPM or PMP) is a good bonus
• Experience in AI, cybersecurity and risk management
• Familiarity with ERP SAP system and processes
