The Role

1. Act as a trusted advisor between IT and business teams to understand challenges and identify opportunities for tech-driven improvements.
2. Lead and support projects related to system upgrades, integrations, and process automation.
3. Collaborate with stakeholders to improve operational efficiency through better use of ERP systems, workflow automation tools (RPA/BPM), and data analytics.
4. Build and maintain interactive dashboards and reporting tools using Power BI to support business decision-making.
5. Work closely with internal and external IT resources to implement system enhancements and troubleshoot performance issues.
6. Manage documentation, user training, and post-implementation support to ensure adoption of new processes and tools.
7. Monitor key metrics, identify areas of improvement, and propose system or process changes accordingly.

Your Profile:

1. 5 to 8 years of experience in IT business analysis, system support, or process improvement roles.
2. Hands-on experience with ERP systems (any major platform), SQL, and Power BI.
3. Exposure to workflow automation, RPA, or BPM tools is a strong advantage.
4. Proven experience leading or supporting system integrations or upgrades.
5. Strong problem-solving mindset with a passion for streamlining processes.
6. Excellent communication skills and stakeholder engagement ability.
