Job summary

Luxoft in Singapore is seeking an experienced business analyst to join the WMPC Core Technology team. You will analyze and design enterprise applications, read data models, and transform data into target structures while collaborating with cross-location teams in an Agile delivery model.

You’ll communicate effectively with developers, business analysts, testers and stakeholders, ensuring quality and timely delivery while embracing new AI-assisted tools to enhance productivity and maintain

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Computer Science or equivalent.
• 7+ years in enterprise application analysis and design.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and synthesizing skills.
• Experience working with a cross-location team and Agile delivery.
• Reading data models and transforming data into target structures.
• Working knowledge of SQL and ability to create and execute SQL queries for data analysis.
• Interest in learning new technologies and practices; reuse platforms and standards; make long-term decisions.
• Hands-on experience with Gitlab and SharePoint.
• Inquisitive and able to challenge stakeholders while managing conflicts.
• Strong communication skills for presentations and technical/functional writing.
• Ability to use AI/Copilot responsibly in BA work with accountability and quality controls.

The WMPC Core stream provides Core Banking capabilities across WM International locations, and works towards integration and synergies across WMPC locations, driving capability-driven and modular platform strategy for Core Banking.You'll be working in the WMPC Core Technology team in one of our locations, as per your eligibility and role requirements. Together as a team, we provide solutions to unique business/market requirements.

• Well versed in reading and understanding Data Models and transforming the Data into needed target structure.
• Must have working knowledge and expertise of SQL and ability to create and execute SQL queries for data analysis.
• Interested in learning new technologies and practices, reuse strategic platforms and standards, evaluate options, and make decisions with long-term sustainability in mind.
• Hands-on experience with Gitlab and SharePoint.
