Qualifications
- Minimum 2-3 years of business analyst experience.

Responsibilities
- Assist the Project Director and Project Manager in managing project and product delivery.
- Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders to understand business requirements and align them with organizational goals.
- Collaborate with business users, partners, and UX designers to define and refine user stories.
- Work closely with architects and developers to design and implement business services and functions.
- Gather and analyze feedback from stakeholders to enhance service/functionality.
- Apply process and data modeling techniques to analyze findings and propose strategic and operational improvements.
- Prepare comprehensive documentation, reports, and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations.
- Present recommendations to senior management, address concerns, and promote understanding and alignment.
- Support teams during the implementation of recommended changes and help resolve related issues.
- Develop evaluation plans and processes to assess the impact of implemented changes and oversee reporting.
- Validate the accuracy of solutions delivered by developers, ensuring alignment with business requirements.
- Operate in an agile development environment with a proactive and flexible approach to shifting priorities.
- Troubleshoot and manage production issues, providing clear explanations to development teams for resolution.
- Train end-users on application usage and functionality.
- Undertake other ad hoc duties as assigned by superiors.

Requirements
- Minimum Diploma or Degree in information system/technology, computer science, or other appropriate field; Information Technology or Business a related discipline.
- At least 2-3 years of business analyst experience.
- At least 2-3 years of experience in all phases of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- At least 2-3 years of experience in translating business process into a detailed formal specification.
- Experience with Agile (Scrum) project methodology and practices would be an advantage.
- Experience in outpatient clinic applications and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems would be an advantage.
- Excellent communication skills and able to successfully articulate business and technology concepts to both business and technology audience.
- Excellent motivation skills and able to influence stakeholders without authority.
- Cooperative attitude and ability to be a good team player.
