Job description

Job Responsibilities:

• Communicate regularly and work closely with business units to ensure alignment on projects and overall service delivery
• Contribute to IT projects by ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget and adhering to internal processes and standards including IT security protocols
• Participate in all phases of the project lifecycle including requirements gathering, design discussions, UAT, user training and maintaining comprehensive project documentation
• Collaborate with software architects, vendors, team members and business stakeholders to coordinate efforts and deliver projects efficiently
• Identify, manage and resolve complex issues while proactively preventing escalations
• Stay updated on emerging trends, industry disruptions and innovative technologies to support and enhance business objectives

Job Requirements:

• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems or a related discipline
• 2-3 years of technology experience with strong business analysis skills
• Proven ability to facilitate business users in defining problem statements, articulating business outcomes, and driving process re-engineering or business transformation
• Ability to adapt to shifting priorities, ambiguity and multiple demands in a fast-paced environment
