Qualifications and Profile
- 10+ years of IT business analyst experience.
- 2+ years of project management experience, in a hybrid methodology setup.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business administration, Information Technology or related field.
Functional
- Experience working with credit approval or loan origination applications with understanding on credit workflow, annual review, loan syndication, authorizations, and credit risk principles in PD & LGD.
- Knowledge on back testing application with understanding on collecting historic data of defaults for the validation of LGD and CF models, is an added advantage.
Primary skills
- 10+ years’ experience managing business requirements and converting them into functional specification/user stories.
- 5+ years of testing experience (writing, executing, and monitoring tests).
- 2+ years of Project Management experience.
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Project (MSP).
- Hands-on experience in SQL.
- Strong experience using Jira, SharePoint and Confluence.
- Strong analytic skills.
- Proven experience managing various types of stakeholders.
- Proactive and result oriented.
- Strong sense of commitment, ownership of projects handled.
- Knowledge of all phases of IT software development and implementation life cycle.
- Capable to effectively interact with technical team.
- Team spirit - Like to explain and share knowledge.
- Proactive with continuous improvement mindset.
Secondary skills
- Hands-on experience in API testing.
