Key Responsibilities

Test Automation

  • Build automated test cases using Tricentis Tosca (training materials to be provided)
  • Liaise with client business users to understand the user flows/journeys for the existing application
  • Building a playbook/guidebook on use cases and best practices for Test Automation
  • Participate in discovery workshops with vendor on Tosca

Change Management
  • Plan the strategy/timeline for Tosca adoption
  • Prepare training materials/curriculum for client team members
  • Train the client teams on Tosca tool and guide them to build automated test cases

Operations & Maintenance
  • Collaborate with client business users to support testing efforts for service requests


Skills/Experience

  • Possessing Tosca knowledge is beneficial, but not a critical consideration as training will be provided.
  • General interest in learning a new tool/certification.
  • Good consulting/communication/presentation skills will be important in the change management aspect of the role.
