ComfortDelGro Insurance Brokers Pte Ltd is looking for a suitable candidate to fill the position of IT Business Analyst.
1. Key Responsibilities and Duties:
- Collaborate with stake holders to understand their needs and requirements.
- Document and prioritise requirements for projects and initiatives.
- Analyse existing business processes and systems to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement.
- Communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders both technical and non-technical. Present findings and recommendations to management.
2. Process improvement and problem solving:
- Develop and document business process models
- Identify and analyse business problems and opportunities
- Recommend and assess the impact of changes that enable the organization to achieve its goals
3. Project Management:
- Assist in defining project scope and objectives
- Participate in project planning and execution
- Ensure that projects deliver the expected business value
4. System Administration & Helpdesk:
- User Management - liaise with the vendor on management of user accounts, permissions, and access controls to ensure data security and proper system access
- Troubleshooting and Problem Solving - troubleshoot technical issues, diagnose problems and implement solutions to ensure smooth system operation
- Address users' queries and provide technical support to the users on using software, harware and IT systems.
5. Skills and Qualifications
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential for identifying and resolving business problems
- Familiar with business processes and IT systems
- Able to work effectively with stakeholders from different departments and levels of the organisation. Excellent written and verbal communication skills to communicate with stakeholders and present findings.
