IT Business Analyst

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an IT Business Analyst in the Technology & Telecoms industry. The successful candidate will help to develop and implement technology solutions in a cost-effective manner by determining the requirements of a project or programme.

Description

1. Assist IT team leaders throughout the SDLC ensuring smooth execution from planning to deployment.
2. Gather, analyse and document business and functional requirements from stakeholders.
3. Collaborate with IT team leaders to translate business needs to outsource Vendor and propose for solutions.
4. Conduct gap analysis and recommend process improvements for operational efficiency.
5. Conduct IT testing and facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
6. Develop and maintain process documentation, user guides and training materials.
7. Act as a liaison between business units and IT to ensure alignment of objectives.
8. Support system upgrades and integrations by assessing user needs and system capabilities.
9. Provide helpdesk support, troubleshooting IT-related issues for end-users.
10. Monitor and respond to IT service requests, ensuing timely resolution of the technical problems.
11. Collaborate with outsource Vendor to escalate and resolve complex issues.

Profile

A successful IT Business Analyst should have:

1. Minimum diploma in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
2. At least 3-5 years of working experience in IT and project management.
3. Support experience of Salesforce CRM system (Sales/Service CRM, Experience Cloud) will be an advantage.
