What you do

• Create compelling executive presentations that effectively translate complex technical information into clear, business-oriented updates.
• Collaborate closely with subject matter experts (SMEs) to gather accurate technical information, fostering strong interpersonal relationships to facilitate effective communication.
• Ask insightful and targeted questions to fully understand technical details and ensure business communications are both accurate and relevant.
• Draft persuasive business proposals that support project funding by transforming technical inputs into strategic and engaging narratives.
• Partner with the Procurement team to coordinate Request for Proposal (RFP) processes, including the preparation of documentation, evaluation templates, and comprehensive reports.
• Conduct detailed project cost analyses, breaking down budgets to component levels with precision and accuracy
• Continuously evaluate and enhance departmental processes to improve operational efficiency and workflow effectiveness.
• Maintain and update the department's Confluence page, ensuring all reports and documentation are accurate, current, and easily accessible to the team.

Who you are

• You have a degree in Business, Finance, Communications, or a related field.
• You are comfortable working with numbers and using Excel.
• You're a strong communicator, able to explain technical things simply.
• You are organised and enjoy improving how things work.
• You enjoy working with different teams and building relationships.
• Experience with PowerPoint and Confluence is a plus.
