Job Title: IT Business Analyst/Project Manager - Global Markets System Transformation Project

Location: Singapore

Job Description:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Technical Business Analyst / Project Manager to join a high-impact initiative focused on the automation and standardization of global markets processes. This role will play a critical part in driving the analysis, implementation, and migration of systems and processes across multiple applications within the Global Markets domain.

This role serves as the overall IT delivery lead for the program, working closely with cross-functional teams across Technology, Operations, and Finance.

Key Responsibilities:

• End-to-End IT Delivery
  • Lead the overall IT delivery for the Global Markets system transformation program
  • Collaborate closely with Technology, Operations, and Finance teams to implement the target-state architecture
  • Gather, validate, and manage business requirements across multiple systems and applications
• Technical Implementation & Integration
  • Drive system integration, application development, testing, and deployment activities
  • Conduct detailed process and data analysis to ensure integration feasibility and data consistency
  • Define and implement RACI models to support streamlined process transitions and ownership clarity
• Project Planning & Governance
  • Develop and manage detailed project plans, ensuring alignment with delivery timelines and milestones
  • Oversee governance activities including risk management, issue resolution, and stakeholder reporting
  • Coordinate and execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT), lead change management activities, and provide post-go-live support
• Stakeholder Engagement & Cross-Team Alignment
  • Work in partnership with internal IT teams, front office, and business units to ensure readiness and capacity for delivery
  • Lead key governance forums including program steering committees, operational working groups, and stakeholder meetings

Key Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst and Project Manager in financial services, ideally in Global or Capital Markets
• Solid understanding of financial market operations, trade lifecycle, and technology platforms
• Strong track record in systems integration, testing, and business process transformation
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to bridge technical and business perspectives
• Highly organized, self-motivated, and results-driven with the ability to manage competing priorities
