At the heart of our fast-paced client support team, you’ll work closely with talented software developers, take ownership of first-level bug fixing, and help us keep our clients happy and thriving!

What You’ll Do:
  • Be the first point of contact for clients, understand their issues and find effective solutions

  • Triage, troubleshoot, and squash bugs with smart code changes

  • Provide ongoing ops & maintenance support

  • Log, track, and analyze client queries to spot trends

  • Update documentation and self-help guides for clients and internal teams

Requirements:
  • Diploma/Degree in IT or equivalent

  • Fresh grads welcome! 2–3 years in application support/development in financial services is a plus

  • Programming know-how in Java, JSP, HTML5, JavaScript, CSS, and Unix shell scripting

  • Bonus if you know jQuery, Oracle RDBMS, JBoss, Resin, or IBM WebSphere

  • Strong problem-solving skills and great communication
