• Support technical aspects and maintain equipment sufficiency for Virtual and Physical AGMs and events
• Set up and clear venues to support back-to-back meetings and events
• Packing / Unpacking equipment for meeting sessions
• Ensure network and system availability, smooth audio and video connectivity throughout the meetings
• Coordinate client requirements for meetings

Qualifications

• O level and above
• Good Microsoft product knowledge: Windows 10 Operating System and Office 365 or Office 2019
• Good knowledge to setup Local Area Network and structured cabling

Additional information

• Work from home schedule and only report to office during meetings/events, and whenever necessary.
• Training will be provided
• Singaporeans only
