IT Architecture Senior Specialist - Monitoring and Data Quality Management

What you'll do:

You'll be part of a technical team working across Data Quality Management (DQM) and Application/DB Monitoring. Your responsibilities include maintaining metadata of customer systems and ensuring consistency across internal tools. This metadata supports automated procedures and reporting, crucial for scalable, smooth operations, with monitoring being a key aspect.

In this role, you'll engage with technical aspects of Data Quality and Monitoring, managing data points in our Monitoring Systems and central repository. Your expertise will be vital during onboarding of new hyperscalers or data centers.

The Role Includes:

• Data quality activities in monitoring tools (SAP Focused RUN, Icinga) and in our central repository (Service Provider Cockpit SPC)
• Defining monitoring parameters with stakeholders
• Identifying and resolving root causes of issues

Daily Responsibilities:

• Aligning with stakeholders
• Driving tasks related to data quality issues
• Validating monitoring processes for new landscapes
• Creating and tracking development requirements for Monitoring and DQM
• Harmonizing KPIs across the Monitoring & Data Quality Management processes

Qualifications:

• Proactive attitude with the ability to inspire and motivate others
• Strong problem analysis and resolution skills
• Knowledge of SAP basis technologies, Network/Web technologies, and Linux infrastructures
• Experience with Data Quality Management, SAP Application and Database Monitoring
• Customer-oriented with analytical skills
• Basic understanding of ECS/Cloud processes is a plus
