Job summary

ALTROCKS TECH PTE. LTD. is seeking a capable IT support professional to handle incoming support cases and provide level 2 application support.

You will create test cases for bug fixes, liaise with developers and end users during testing, and ensure ticket closure within SLA. The role also involves performing administrative tasks and monitoring incidents to maintain service quality. 1 year of related experience is required.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience as a software tester or applications technical support.
• Diploma or Degree in IT related course.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Excel is expected; knowledge of MS Dynamics CRM is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming support cases and track using incident tracking software
• Follow up on support tickets proactively till closure within the defined SLA
• Provide level 2 application support to service desk using email and phone
• Create test cases for bug fixes and/or system enhancements
• Liaise with developers and end users during the testing process to ensure all test cases passed
• Perform any other administration and operational work as required by supervisor
