Apply now for the position of IT Application Specialist - Radiology and you will be providing expert-level support and training to radiologists on utilizing Picture Archiving and Communication System (PACS) for efficient and accurate reporting. As a key liaison between technical teams and end-users, you will ensure seamless adoption of our Radiology IT solutions while optimizing workflows to meet clinical and operational goals.

Your role:

  • You will conduct hands-on training sessions for radiologists and clinical staff on PACS and related reporting tools.
  • You will develop and maintain user manuals, e-learning materials, and best practices documentation.
  • You will provide one-on-one and group training tailored to user needs and skill levels.
  • You will collaborate with radiologists to customize PACS settings to match their reporting preferences and clinical workflows.
  • You will identify and address inefficiencies in the reporting process, recommending enhancements where needed.
  • You will assist in PACS implementation projects, including setup, testing, and go-live support.
  • You will ensure seamless integration of PACS with other Radiology IT systems (e.g., RIS, EMR) to streamline reporting.
  • You will troubleshoot user-reported issues and work closely with IT teams to resolve system-related challenges.
  • You will perform periodic system checks to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
  • You will act as a bridge between radiologists, IT teams, and vendors to communicate system needs and updates effectively.
  • You will participate in feedback sessions with users to gather insights for continuous improvement


Your expertise:

  • Bachelor's degree in Healthcare IT, Radiology, or a related field. Equivalent experience will be considered.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Radiology IT with a focus on PACS applications.
  • Proven track record of working directly with radiologists to train and support them on reporting workflows.
  • Hands-on experience with PACS and its integration with other radiology systems.
