Job description

Key responsibilities:

  • Perform system administration and daily performance monitoring
  • To work with respective internal teams for the day-to-day system upgrade and system maintenance activities
  • Install and configure software and hardware (printers, network cards etc.)
  • Troubleshoot hardware faults on computers, laptops, printers, scanners, and other devices
  • Monitor and resolve network-related problems, internet outages, and performance issues
  • Implement security measures, update antivirus software, and conduct security audits to protect systems and data from cyber threats
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and provide effective solutions
  • Coordinate with support teams for defect fixes
  • Provide application support and collaborate with users and vendors
  • Offer technical expertise and efficient solutions for technical issues
  • Prepare documentation and perform software-related tasks
  • Maintain an inventory of hardware, troubleshooting guides, and system configurations for user assistance
  • Ensure IT practices comply with regulations and internal policies

Requirement:


  • Min Nitec/ Diploma Education
  • Fresh graduated are welcome to apply, training will be provided
  • Preferred with experience as IT coordinator or similar role
  • Preferred with experience in printer, network management and help desk support
  • Ability to troubleshoot and repair issues
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organizational and coordination ability
